Telesales Executive Permanent South West London, London £23000 - £26000 per annum + benefits

The Role:

  • Implement a sales plan with the ambition of exceeding targets
  • Maintain key metrics, including the financials across your portfolio of events to support accurate forecasting including:
    • volume of past attendees and expected retention rates
    • pricing strategy and personal negotiation outlines
    • yield and volume of orders at specific yields targeted and actual
    • actual and forecast order volumes and value
    • actual and forecast total revenue per conference
  • Driving growth through individual activity, ensuring that individual call times are consistently high
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the value proposition for your events
  • Track personal and delegate team activity and revenue, maintaining use of the pipelines and processes

You will also need;

  • The ability to meet Sales Targets and drive optimal activity levels
  • The ability to learn new products / markets
  • The ability to manage both warm leads, and target your own prospects
  • The ability to build and maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline, enabling sustained achievement of growth Sales goals
