Pure Staff are currently recruiting for experienced Production Operatives to work on a Temp-Perm basis for our Stoke based Client.
This is a temp-perm position where a permanent contract is offered after a successful 13 week trial period.
The company manufacture high quality Tableware for prestigious customers worldwide. The positions have become available due to continuous investment, growth and an increase in orders.
We are looking for candidates who have experience manufacturing Tableware such as Plates, Cups and Drink Glasses. Some key skills and experience we would be looking for are below.
- Clay Mixer.
- Mould making.
- Casting.
- Cup Making.
- Flat Making.
- Backstamping.
- Plate and Cup decoration.
- Glazing.
- Quality Control.
If you don’t have any experience with the above, we will also consider candidates with the following experience:
- Working with fragile, easily damaged high risk products.
- Working in a role where hand eye coordination is critical.
- Working in a role where attention to detail is critical.
The shifts are 6AM-2PM and 2PM-10PM. You will do one week of afternoons for every two weeks of morning shifts.
The pay will depend on skills and experience, with candidates starting between £9.50-£12.00 per hour with plenty of overtime available paid at a premium rate.
