The truth is, there’s no such thing as a standard “market price” for agency labour supply. The recruitment sector is still poorly regulated, and unfortunately, many suppliers continue to operate non-compliantly, often through tax avoidance models that place both their customers and workers at risk.

By contrast, every rate we quote is backed by full PAYE transparency, in-house payroll, and a compliance framework designed to protect your business, long before Finance Bill 2026 comes into effect. This new legislation gives HMRC far greater powers to recover unpaid taxes directly from end hirers who have, whether knowingly or unknowingly, benefited from or facilitated in a loss to the Exchequer.

  • Our charges are based on fully compliant in-house PAYE payroll, including Employer NIC, Pension, Holiday Pay and Apprenticeship Levy.
  • All temporary workers supplied are engaged with us directly under a Contract For Services meaning their assignment is temporary and can be ended at any time by the End Client.
