Unique Telesales Training Course with Andy Cain

Today the newest additions to our ever-growing team here in the Midlands received unique and effective telesales training that will enhance the way they build relationships with prospective clients. With the help of Andy Cain our team learned various sales techniques including but not limited to preparation and planning before picking up the telephone, getting through to the right person, what to say and how to say it and overcoming telephone reluctance and objections.
This course is designed to support the whole sales process and offer hints and tips which will give participants the guidelines to confidently plan, prepare and control telephone conversations. Group exercises and role plays were used to enhance the learning experience and validate their new skills.
Upon completion of the course our team received a bespoke participant workbook, exercises to support their learning back in the workplace, a personal action plan, a set of clear objectives and continued support off ISP (Training).
