£14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension
Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (Occasional Saturdays)
Temporary to Permanent after 13 weeks

We’re recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our reputable clients in Erdington. If you have experience in warehouse management and hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role as Warehouse Supervisor:
- Supervise and lead a small warehouse team
- Operate FLT and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Train new starters and support team development
- Respond to customer queries and manage email communications
- Create and process orders and shipment paperwork
- Monitor and maintain stock control and inventory records
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
