Transport Planner- Monday to Friday shift pattern – required for an immediate start in Bidford-on- Avon.
Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Planner working day shifts starting at 09.00 till 17.00 on a Monday to Friday shift pattern based in the Bidford-on-Avon area. This role is an immediate start on a ‘Temp to Perm’ successful candidates must complete a minimum of 12-weeks before the position is permanent.
Our customer is looking for a Transport Planner who is flexible to work Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:
Duties of the Transport Planner –
- General administration
- MUST have at least 1 year’s transport planning experience
- Planning driver routes and shifts
- Understanding driver regulations and working time directive
- Managing and debriefing drivers’ infringements
- Speaking to customers in a professional manner
- Driver debriefs before and after shifts.
- Dealing with calls from clients and drivers
The ideal Candidate-
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Reliable
- Excellent time keeping
- Recent transport experience is essential for this role.
Pay rates-
Salary will be based on 37.5hrs – 40hrs a week paying £26,000 per annum.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.
