Sales & Service Administrator - Part Time

I’m recruiting for an excellent Electrical Engineering company in Redditch that are looking for a Part-Time Sales/Service Administrator.

They are long term clients of mine that have a superb staff orientated outlook and have almost zero turn-over in the workplace.

What’s more the hours would suit anyone that is looking for Part-time work.

Duties Include:
– Database Management
– Contacting customers to arrange services by phone & email
– Raising and issuing certificates for services provided
– Raising & updating job paperwork
– Answering the phone
– Raising quotes
– Chasing purchase orders

Hours:
Flexible but are suggested as – 0900-1500 Mon to Thurs & 0900-1430 Friday (24.5hrs a week)

Salary:
£15,700 pa

Working in a small but busy team, you must have a great telephone manner, have the ability to plan ahead, be a team player and someone that can work to strict deadlines.
