Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods through coordination with procurement and production teams.
• Track and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or waste.
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory, and scheduling.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely product delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of production planning experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
