Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our prestigious client based in Ledbury. Our client are approaching an extremely busy period in their manufacturing plant and are looking for dedicated hardworking individuals to assist in this period
Duties for this Production Operative role are as follows:
- Having good communication to work within a team to ensure the smooth running of the production facility
- Occasionally loading hoppers with products
- Cleaning duties to ensure the manufacturing area is pristine at all times due to the nature of the product this is key
- Some elements of basic machining
Hours of work for this production operative role are:
MONDAY TO SATURDAY
06:00-18:00
18:00-06:00
These shifts ideally will need to be rotated however in some cases we can have candidates worked on fixed AM and fixed Nights depending on circumstances and business needs
Pay for this production operative role is
£12.50 for all hours worked
Candidates will receive an attendance bonus when the contact ends (Nov) which is a £40 per week bonus only applicable if candidates successfully obtain 100% attendance during the duration of the contract
All PPE is provided by the site
Candidates will need to be available for a brief interview at site before being eligible to start the role
