We are currently working with a rapidly Branded supplier who specialises in supplying
branded products to the b2c sector and as a result of continuous growth and on-line
orders they are now looking to appoint an Operations & Logistics Assistant.
* Liaise with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders and deliveries.
* Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders.
* Managing and responding to queries promptly.
* Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
* Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
* Managing stock control.
* Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
* Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
* Data uploads for e-platform customers i.e. like Amazon.
* Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
* Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
* Operational experience.
* Track record of excellent customer service.
* Excellent Administrative skills.
