Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Birmingham.
Pure Staff have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced and reliable multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our client in Birmingham.
Job role details:
Keeping all packaging and production machinery running smoothly, performing preventative maintenance and quality checks on time and accurately. Being able to independently resolve equipment breakdowns and repair machinery as necessary including both mechanical and electrical faults.
This is to include machinery such as cooling and steam machines, waste control systems and various food packaging machinery.
Pay and hours:
08:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday).
Pay – £19.23 p/h.
This is a temporary to permanent position, leading to a permanent contract after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate:
– Available to start immediately
– Previous background within food manufacturing would be advantageous
– Up to date health and safety knowledge
– NVQ Level 3 Electrical
