Job Title: FLT reach truck operator
Contract Type: Ongoing/Temp to Perm
Location: Hayes, North West London
Salary: £13.50ph, and you will accrue £1.63 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our workers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental well being of all workers.
Working Hours: 08:30 Start to Finish, Monday to Friday

Since 2020, we have supported this client with reliable staff, helping over 100 workers secure permanent positions – including 21 this year alone.
While permanent roles cannot be guaranteed, this is ongoing agency work with no fixed end date and consistent weekday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and racking
- Move stock to appropriate storage locations
- Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare goods for dispatch in line with order requirements
- Use warehouse management systems for stock movement and tracking
Essential Requirements:
- Valid and in-date FLT Reach licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Reach truck experience.
- Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
