Main job requirements:
– Use of computer accounting systems.
– Bank reconciliation.
– Cash allocation.
– Processing & payments of purchase invoices.
– Reconciling purchase ledger accounts.
– Foreign payments.
– VAT returns.
– Payroll & all associated function, i.e. government returns, pensions & deductions.
– Accounts preparations to trial balance.
– Credit control.
– Maintaining company records- employees, statistics etc.
– Experienced Excel user.
