Pure Staff are recruiting van drivers to start work within the Birmingham area in Erdington for immediate starts. This is a good opportunity to work with our well-known client and it is a good opportunity for this temporary role to become on going for the right candidate.

The Role

Duties of the van driver:

. Start times each day are 06:00am and you will finish around 16:00

. Delivering box’s & pallets to various business’s across the country

. 10 – 15 drops

Long shifts (up to 12 hours)

hand ball involved

. Following instructions and completing the role with a professional manner

. Completing and returning the correct paperwork before the shift ends

. Temporary adhoc work with potential for ongoing for the right people

Experience required:

. Confidence to work individually and in a team

. Holding a UK Licence for over 2 years is essential

. Pay rate is £11.44 Monday – Friday

The Candidate

The right candidate would be:

. Hard working, driven individuals

. Holding their licence for 2 years with experience driving 3.5t vehicles/ sprinter sized vans

. Able to use initiative and function independently and in a team when required

. Reliable and punctual

. Being flexible and professional whilst on the job
