Pure Staff have a fantastic new temp to perm opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor work for a dynamic software company, that specialises in working with General Practices and the Primary Healthcare market, in the Call Centre and Customer Service industry.
The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will possess good communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to learn new skills quickly. This role will be office based in Bromsgrove.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor include:
- Answer incoming calls and record data
- Make outbound telephone calls to our customers
- Appointment booking and calendar management
- Use a computer for emails, daily tasks and update notes on the system
- Simple administrative tasks
Hours of Work are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
Pay is £10.25 an hour.
Any experience in customer service and/or sales would be a bonus, but not required.
The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will be offered a permanent role after a 12 week qualifying process.
