Class 2 Driver – Days – required for immediate starts in Corringham, Basildon (SS17)
Pure Staff are recruiting for Class 2 Driver working on day shifts for the following role below.
A Class 2 Driver is required for an immediate start on a temporary basis for a client who specialises in delivery of high-street clothing and boxed gym equipment.
The customer is looking for a Driver who is able to work Monday to Friday and somebody who fits the criteria listed below:
Duties of a Class 2 Driver –
- Handball of goods (clothing and boxed gym equipment)
- Upto 7 drops, mixture of local and national deliveries.
- work efficiently with a drivers mate
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes).
The ideal HGV Driver:
- Must be physically fit and well presented
- 6 months experience is essential for this role.
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes).
- Must have a Class 2 Driving Licence ( C )
Start times can vary but we are looking for Class 2 Drivers who are available to start between 05:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday.
Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
Pay rates-
Days: Monday to Friday £15.00 Per Hour
