Duties of the Call Centre Operative include:
- Replying to emails using templates.
- Social media responses.
- Answering Frequently Asked Questions
Hours for the call Centre Operative are as follows:
9am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm Saturday, 10am – 4pm Sunday
Work 1 weekend in every 3! £11.50 an hour.
