Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a part time administrator to join our client based in the west midlands.
Our client is a leading distributor of specialist building products in Europe. The Group has a product and service offering of significant scale with strong positions in its three core product areas of Insulation and Energy Management, Exteriors and Interiors.
As an administrator you will be required to work 09:00 – 15:00 Monday to Friday.
Administrator pay per hour: £8.00
Administrator duties are:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail and letters)
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
- Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Raising credits
- Dealing with customer queries
