The working hours:

Working hours are 08:00am – 16:00pm Monday – Friday

Pay:

Details about this Administrator opportunity:

  • Handling general calls (non-sales related)
  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors.
  • Meeting and greeting customers and visitors and dealing with any enquiries.
  • Interacts with Managers and/or Directors and carries out their requests.
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
  • Computer literate, Filing.
  • Screen and processing referrals.
  • To manage the clinic schedules for colleagues and contractors ensuring that they are reasonable and efficient.
  • To create and maintain comprehensive records relating to clients, interventions, equipment management practices and general service demand.
  • To monitor and action any waiting lists for community equipment provision ensuring any delays are kept to a minimum and that clients / carers / referring officers are kept informed on progress.
  • To provide business and general administrative support to the Senior Customer Service Officer.
  • To undertake segregated duties within the processes for the purchasing of community equipment / associated equipment stocks, components, goods, and services. This includes supporting clinicians to source products / prices and raising official purchase orders, receipting goods, order reconciliation and authorising payments.
  • To be authorised requisitioning officer for the procurement of all goods and services via the use of the Oracle system in accordance with SMBC’s Procurement and Standing Financial Instructions.
  • To be an authorised signatory for the receipt of goods, reconciliation, and payment of invoices and to ensure the integrity of call CEWS Expenditure reports.
  • To provide support to practitioners on the use and application on the services online ELMS system.
  • To administer and arrange the planned preventative maintenance programme for community equipment service via in-house / contracted / ad hoc providers.
  • To undertake regular reconciliation of stock data following stock cycle counts and stock takes.
  • To complete appropriate/ mandatory training.

The ideal Administrator must have:

  • A good attitude and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Customer service experience
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance.
  • Experience dealing with customers.
  • Able to work to a high standard
  • Experience in the same industry
  • Available to start immediately.
