Client Visit Training Day with Andy Cain.
We’re always looking to improve the skills of our workforce, giving people the opportunity to develop their skills and help them towards achieving their goals.
As part of our training, today we were focusing on client visiting skills. As well as discussing various selling styles, we were also looking to help people enhance their questioning, negotiating and closing techniques.
Working in groups our recruitment team were able to share their own skills and experiences, which could hopefully help others overcome any future problems they may encounter, and conclude the best practices available to deal with any given situation.
Our internal and external training will help our employees achieve their goals, and further their career within Pure Staff.
