Hours: Monday night – Friday night: 9:30pm – 6am with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Sunday night: 9:30pm-1am
Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Enter customer orders, verify accuracy, and check for discrepancies in weight or quantity.
* Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries and orders via phone or WhatsApp, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Customer Tracking: Monitor for missed orders from regular customers and follow up as needed.
* Pricebook Maintenance: Update pricebooks with new orders and clean up historical data.
* Invoice Processing: Print and ensure the accuracy of invoices.
* Special Requests: Collate special requests and communicate them to the production team.
* Daily Handover Contribution: Prepare and communicate information on product shortages, not available (NA) items, and other relevant updates for the daily handover.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in picking and packing orders in the production area.
- Collate and organise operational paperwork and technical records.
- Support general sales administration tasks.
Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry, is an advantage
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
* Order management system: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
* Food service: 1 year (preferred)
