Your key objective is to successfully devise and drive plans for our client’s key launches & programs throughout the territory. Your success will be greatly determined by your depth of knowledge & understanding of our client’s products and customers. Also critical to the success of the role will be the relationships you build with our importers, distributors, customers & partners. The plans & programs should cover all available channels including OEM, Buying Groups, Motorsport Teams, Workshops, Fleets, Retail & Ecommerce.
Tasks:
- Collaboration on strategic concepts in the areas of diversification, services, and e-commerce
- Develop brand campaigns aligned with overall brand distribution strategy.
- Active coordination and support of strategic market launches
- Conceptual support for B2B trade fairs
- Trade fairs in focus countries
- Conception and analysis of promotions and product bundles
- Planning and delivery of target group-orientated customer communication and contribution to the regular newsletter – Conception of information material and coordination of the point-of-sale range
- Coordination of digital tools (B2B web shop, digital marketing platform) and design of digital touchpoints (B2B/B2C landing pages)
- Close collaboration with the various sales functions plus other departments (including Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, Technology and Logistics)
- Customer surveys to monitor the development of various KPIs, including performance and satisfaction.
- Market research regarding benchmarking, trends, and potential analyses
Attributes:
- Creative ability across all communication platforms including B2B, B2C, in-store, online & social media.
- An entrepreneurial mind and preferably a proven track record / experience in a similar role.
- Degree in business administration, marketing or similar. Alternatively: training in the field of wholesale, trade marketing or similar.
- Several years of experience in the automotive environment, ideally in the automotive aftermarket. Additional experience in a retail trading environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and ideally experience in a specialist management function.
- A team player with the necessary assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Willingness to travel
