We are working with a leading FMCG supplier based on the outskirts of Pershore and we are now looking to appoint an experienced;
Data Analyst Administrator
To create and maintain all system (s) master data to the highest standard.
To input and upkeep all customer pricing supplied by the sales team, this includes Special net prices, list prices & percentage discounts.
Master data creation and upkeep, to create new products on Sage system, and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
Maintain any discontinued and substituted products on system
Assist in customer service roll when needed.
Maintain and create data within the Atlas system.
Bring any old records currently held on Sage up to date so that all required information is available.
Create and maintain Bills of Material within the Sage system.
Prepare statistical reports for the Sales Team and supporting analysis to the Financial Team.
Develop and maintain Analytical reports.
Assist with the implementation of new system and producing relevant procedures.
Have good IT skills sufficient to assist and liaise with IT Support Provider on a regular basis.
Work departments to ensure our IT systems support their needs.
This is a new position and will grow as the responsibilities and needs of the business are more clearly defined.
A need for accuracy is essential, as is an attention to detail.
Attention to details and an analytical mind.
The ability to query and resolve issues.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent Excel skills will be required.
Some knowledge of Sage & Bill of Material would be an advantage but not critical.
Good basic IT knowledge.
