Our Capabilities

Pure Staff first opened for business in 2009 where we have grown from a single branch location supplying local businesses to a multi-branch operation providing nationwide coverage to hundreds of businesses a week ranging from small companies to Blue Chip organisations.

Pure Staff supply of both Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Services into the following sectors: Warehouse & Distribution, Driving, Engineering & Manufacturing, Food & Drink Processing / Packaging, FMCG (Specialist Division), and Commercial. From our three offices in Birmingham, Worcester and Wolverhampton, we are able to supply anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Pure Staff also hold certifications/memberships with the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), The Association of Labour Providers (ALP), ISO:9001, UKAS, The GLAA (Licence No# PURE0003), and Sedex.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Did you know (thanks to Air Ambulance UK) Pure Staff Owner Dave Whitehouse survived a cardiac arrest in the summer of 2018? Dave suffered an unexpected condition that comes under the banner of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome, up until that day Dave had never suffered before, had no known conditions, was physically fit and had even ran marathons a few years prior. Thanks to the hard work of the Air Ambulance Service Dave is still alive today and his wife and two daughters still have a father. It was incredibly worrying for us all at Pure Staff but for Dave, it was nothing more than a minor setback, he was back at work two weeks later!!! To this day Dave is still very much hands on and is always looking for ways to improve the business further and help foster a culture of continuous improvement to support his employees in their endeavour to provide the best service they can.

Since its inception, Pure Staff have regularly donated to those less fortunate, but since Dave’s close call, we have worked harder than ever to raise money for good causes to help make a difference. Pure Staff have donated over £14.5k (and counting) in the last two years to various charities including; Air Ambulance UK, Action For Children, Birmingham Central Foodbank, Mind, Shine A Light, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish, and Solihull Hospital.
